To know to say "NO"

Knowing to say « no »... it seems quite simple... but when the situation is there, the body’s reflexes are also present... and what we know we should not do vanishes: we do it all the same... if there was a flash of lucidity, it is immediately filled and it is blindness... the attraction is irresistible towards the former which seems safe because we know it... that even seems obvious... we do not see the trap to close...

 

So, it is important to LOOK AT what we really want, and to MAKE UP ONE’S MIND... we know then why we say « no », we have the strength to say it and to do it...

 

When we always fall in the same holes... one day, we want to stop with this force to do oneself harm... and to make cease its power of attraction is courageous... Not to breathe with this old pal anymore is not going to please it and it will not let it be !!!!!...

 

To say « no » becomes a challenge because it is to run the risk unbearable for the reptilian brain to leave the security of not being recognize anymore, the other being not happy with it... it is also to say « no » to our old reflexes and not to recognize ourselves anymore, the image of ourselves is diluted....uncertainty and insecurity which are with, appear...

...OH... OH... OH... OH... OH !!!!!!!!

 

That cannot be done without the Presence in ourselves and the breathing with this Presence...

 

Sincerity to say a true « no », a frank, determined «no», without aggressiveness without violence... frees the espace, removes a weight that encumbered even though we did not suspect his presence...

 

To say « NO » to what is wrong,

To say « NO » in reflex with the body...

It is to say « YES » to Freedom, to Truth...
